For a system _much_ friendlier to Windows folks, look at the Ubuntu fork,
MINT 2010.  This is an impressive job!  The sytem tray is in the right 
place,
there is only one of them, the windows control gadgets are on the top
right, where they belong, and there are some things in the repo that you
won't find in the Ubuntu version.  If I weren't pretty well espoused of
PCLOS, I'd probably be using MINT myself.
