Now I'm suck (was about deleting partisions)

I actually had 10.10 on my desktop. I can get into the bios but it is iffy going beyond that. I can get to grub but most selections outside of the memory test take me to busybox. How do I load ubuntu (or gnome) from busybox? I think the bios on this seems to be an issue as sometimes it can boot but not find the hard drive. I just hope this pc isn't doa
