Ipod / Rhythmbox problem with 10.10

The problem seems to be resolved! When I rip my CD with Rhythmbox and
transfer the MP3 files to my Ipod everything is working fine, if I use
standard Gnome CD Ripper (CD Extractor) then I cannot start the music on my
Ipod! Strange, but it is easier to use just one software, so with Rhythmbox
I am very happy, I removed Sound Juicer (= CD Extractor).
Thanks for the responses, it is nice to have this list in case of trubbles!
