Regionally (in America) they tend to say "November 22nd" so it gets
numerically represented as so. Except for data [which you are strictly
trying to inject I assume]. I'm not here to argue which is wrong, I'm
here to argue that they're [everyone] right (including the ISO standard)
because regionally it's represented by the way they tend say it [except
for some places and the ISO standard ~ which is represented by Logic IMO].
