Dual Boot, Twice?

It kinda looks like you're trying to set-up a dual boot Windows. Ubuntu 
system.  I'm not knowledgeable enough to deal with the partitions stuff, 
but have you looked at Wubi?  It runs a (native I think) version of 
Ubuntu.  If it gets messed up you just delete it under Windows like you 
would any other program.  I have one Wubi computer -- my one at work, and 
it works just fine.  Check with the folks here though about any drawbacks.
