Clone HD from broken FakeRAID

Just for the archives....

After I connected both HD's with IDE-USB adapters, dmraid was able to 
initialize the 2 HD's as RAID-1. After that,  I could mount the 
partitions on the RAID. I "dd"'ed the system partition (and MBR) to a 
new HD and could boot the new HD :-)
