Downgrade to 9.10 due to torrent problems

I've downgraded :-( to 9.10 for my Acer Aspire One. Torrents are working, connection is not dropping. I guess that's the last time I trust a new realise. Besides, I was the one person that liked the BROWN! (So now what... should 
I be filling out some sorta bug report? Just ignoring the problem seems socially irresponsible...?)
