Hi all,

I have an Asus UL20A Notebook I need to fix. thing is it came without a CD
drive, and the tool I need is on a CD...

I used dd to make an ISO of the CD on my desktop PC. When I tried to use dd
the same way to copy the ISO to a 16Gib USB thumb drive, the notebook won't
bot. I tried the ISO with Virtual Box, so i know it is bootable...

What would be the correct syntax for dd to make the Netbook think the USB
drive is actually a CD-ROM?

Thanks!
