I don't think so.  I considered the content management idea, but it 
appears that drupal is more suited to publishing on the web.  (Thought

Yeah, the more I think about it, the more I think that google docs might 
be the answer for the document end.  The work flow management - or 
continually updating information per project - seems to still be a 
candidate for a wiki.  Maybe two solutions.
