Afer posting this, I did something in Rhythmbox, don't know what but it
deleted all of the music that I had on the ipod touch! Luckily I can
easily add all back with gtkpod (and or the "other"), but just a word of
warning - back up all your music *before* messing around in
lucid/rhythmbox!! Most likely it was an 'operator' error on my part, but
I don't recall any warnings etc., when it happened. I'm reloading
everything back on & will experiment to see if I can replicate, but just
a heads-up eh?
