First, reply to the list and not private mail so that others who are having similar trouble may learn.  Also, your base of help /greatly/ increases by responding to the list.  

On to your OP.

I can't even begin to tell you how to use your phone as a softphone on your laptop (which is what is sound like you want).  If you simply want voip telephony on your computer then a mic/headset ought to do you with any of the services out there such as Skype, etc.  Your phone sounds like it paired successfully but is only capable of file transfer or audio (your music).
