It's almost identical... I love trueCrypt :-) I use it on a pendrive
I carry with me to store files and personal data I may need...
As far as actually using trueCrypt, I have used both, but honestly,
the windows version works just as well under wine as it does on a
windows system, so I just keep the stand-alone executable on the drive
too, that way I can run it and use it whenever/wherever I need.
