Here it is in simple terms.

1. At about 06-10-2010 at about 4:00 PM in the Mountain Zone which is
11:00 PM in England I tried to send a message to this list.

2. I am using Thunderbird version 3.0.4

3. When thunderbird tried to send the message it was slow.

4. After about 30 seconds it said it could not send message because it
was denied.

5. I wrote a small test message and it was denied.

6. I wrote to another list and it worked fine.

7. The problem was in the Ubuntu list only.
