No more 64-bit Linux version:

The Flash Player 10.1 64-bit Linux beta is closed. We remain committed to delivering 64-bit support in a future release of Flash Player. No further information is available at this time."
== On adobe's site,

What's the proper choice: ".deb for Ubuntu 8.04+", or "APT for Ubuntu 9.04+"
What is APT? - APackageTool, the debian package tool?
Where is the 64bit version located??

Use the Adobe Flash PPA and install the flashplugin64-installer package. You can do this by copying and pasting the following into a terminal:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:sevenmachines/flash && sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install flashplugin64-installer"
BUT:
== Note the date: SevenMachines (2010-02-18)
https://launchpad.net/~sevenmachines/+archive/flash
== using: udo add-apt-repository ppa:sevenmachines/flash
from
https://launchpad.net/api/1.0/~sevenmachines/+archive/flash
gets:
Error reading https://launchpad.net/api/1.0/~sevenmachines/+archive/flash: <urlopen error [Errno 111] Connection refused>
But, I'm able to load that url in firefox fine:
