if i do tail -f /var/log/Xorg.0.log and then run sudo modprobe wacom
from another terminal i get nothing in Xorg.0.log.
if i run sudo wacdump /dev/input/wacom
the pen registers and i can see the coordinates show up as i move the
pen but the cursor refuses to move.
