rndc: connect failed....

hi,
got a problem with bind.
rndc: connect failed: 127.0.0.1#953: connection refused

am not amused about, because have generated the key with rndc-confgen > /etc/rndc.conf -file
have done a copy of the last subsection for "named.conf" to even this file and now i´m confused :--( about
 
does anyone have an idea, wht´s going wrong here ? resp. where I have to look ?
