any tool which monitor my cpu temperature and shutdown my machine automatically

Probable.

Well, I mean that gkrellm reports temperatures rapidly going from the 
normal 60 degrees towards 80-90 when the fans stop. The point is that 
even if the fans go down, the laptop does not shut down.
