Hmm, I would think that learning the technical rules of the road are
surely to be judged technical on a technical list.  They /are/ there for
a reason, you know.  In view of the pretty regular infractions
concerning bottom posting and snipping I also tend to think that maybe
these pages should have regular reference here /on the list/ despite
your rather antiquated 1KB hard drive.    ;-}
