Generally servers are logged into remotely and managed from there.
Using SSH and usually not anything like remote desktop. Some people
use remote sessions for many purposes, but I'd say generally people
tend to do a console only session.
They even run the normal commands to update and upgrade, whether they
use apt or aptitude.

There isn't a GUI, so it's pretty much just CLI stuff, unless you run
into someone who is dependant on a GUI.

Sidenote: Webmin is slightly broken for now.
