Application Contiguous File Loading

I am trying to find a tool that monitors for example my Firefox or
OpenOffice applications load, logging each file as it is loaded in order.
Then moves all those files in-line on the disk so the hard drive head
doesn't have to move as it reads them all up under regular loading
operations.
