Virtualbox 64bit? (was 32 or 64??)

Did you try and if so were you sucessful in importing a vm exported by 
32bit Virtualbox?

I have Virtuabox setup and running a XP guest on a Ubuntu 32bit machine. 
I exported it and tried to import it on my new 64 bit machine but was 
unable to do it because of errors I received.  I realize that "errors" 
is not a proper problem description, but I got sidetracked getting the 
Mozilla apps running and did't keep good notes.  I'm ready to try again 
and just looking for confirmation that it is possible and maybe a little 
guidence.
