to download ubuntu!

Basically, you pick ANY location... The reason they offer different
locations is so that you can pick one closer to you... which, in turn,
might mean better download performance.

So if you know of countries / places from which your own ISP has a high
bandwidth connection... pick that one. :)

If not, you can always pick United States. At least, over there, they
have big pipes comming out...
