Cookies on Firefox

I just downloaded the 64 bit version of Ubuntu and installed it.  The 
settings for cookies is different than on my 32 bit version. The version 
of Firefox is 3.5.7 canonical 1.0 on both systems.

On the 32 bit version under edit-->preferences-->privacy there is an 
option "Accept cookies from all sites" and under it is "Keep until" then 
a option of "ask me everytime"

On the 64 bit version I don't see this option, anyone know how to get it 
back? I like the option of denying cookies from sites I don't consider 
important.
