dear list,

i installed the firefox-3.5 package the other day, which is now
installed alongside firefox-3.0 as "Shiretoko Web Browser". it
transferred my profile fine, and it operates several times faster than 3.0!

only problem i have run into, is it doesn't seem to think i have a flash
plug-in installed.

however, i have mozilla-plugin-gnash installed and that worked fine for
my uses with firefox 3.0. now, when i am trying to watch a flash
animation, i get that old-school puzzle piece. when i click on it, i
get a dialog that basically says i need a plug-in to view
application/x-shockwave-flash content, and that takes me to an outdated
web page[1] that seems to point me to installing the adobe flash player
10.0.12.36...

so, do you know how i can get shiretoko to recognize that gnash is
available? perhaps it is as easy as creating symlink some place?

thank you
