Clonezilla with a network share would make installing (and
reinstalling) quick and easy once you have 'gold master' set up the
way you want.
It will even 'multicast' (send install to many machines
simultaneously) without sending the data many times.
Other imaging systems like Mondo would work as well, but don't do
multicast IIUC.
