I already did some time ago. But... looks like it's not only the list

It does look like he 'needs help' of sorts and most likely isn't
trolling on purpose. So your assumptions may be correct. Perhaps if we
can figure out where he is physically located, some kind 'buntu'er that
is local can offer to stop by and assist directly.
