I disagree. Look at his previous mails in the archive. His confusion is
genuine. Robert is where Karl was a year ago: confused. Let us help
Robert. he actually wants to unsubscribe, but he doesn't know or
understand how. Let's not create a second Karl, although I fear that it
has already begun:

disability. The fact that he has 5 grandchildren

points to an above average age. I'm NOT suggesting a mental deterioration
caused by old age, I think it's more something like technophobia and
difficulty in understanding new technology that he isn't grown up with.
