I've explained all this to Robert days ago privately. He never 
acknowledge receipt of the email. Others have explained to him on the 
list as well. At this point, if I ran the list, I'd set him to NOMAIL 
and explain why privately. If he cares to receive mail from the list 
again, all he would have to do is to take the positive step of changing 
that status to receive all mails or digests.
