Evolution calendars do not print with Karmic

The .evolution folder is created regardless. It needs somewhere to put
your stuff.

That sure makes it sound like it's some sort of printer driver issue.
Try printing to pdf and/or another printer and see if you have the same problem.

Note that I can print an evolution calendar in 9.10 just fine...
