I understand what you say you are trying to achieve. But at this time,
we do NEED to get this situation sorted out. And this needs to be
discussed in clear, here, with the users as either witnesses or
participants. Once it's been clarified, the list will get back to its
normal mode of questions and answers (which, we all see, is still
ongoing in parallel to this discussion).

At this time, you haven't been doing it "once in a while" you've been
doing it several times in the last 30 minutes. :)
