How do I stop Evolution from adding HTML attachment to anything saved in Drafts folder?

Not sure, but it does indeed add an html:

My _guess_ is that it's added so that someone can continue editing the
draft in html if they wish. If the above test msg is sent (in plain text
mode of course) the html attachment doesn't get sent with it.
