I'm always a little wary of anything that takes something else, and adds "better X,Y and Z". Even if they have, and I'm not arguing that, I always wonder why they didn't just submit their improvements to the original work.... Maybe I'm just too suspicious, if ubuntu is using it it must have some merit...
