Lost wireless connection when upgraded from 9.04 to 9.10
I was running Ubuntu 9.04 with no problems all, but when I upgraded
to 9.10 I lost wireless connection (Ethernet works fine).
When I run ifconfig
I find just two interfaces
eth0 Link encap:Ethernet
lo Link encap:Local Loopback
when I run iwconfig I get
lo no wireless extensions.
eth0 no wireless extensions.
pan0 no wireless extensions.
BUT
I found all of the interfaces in 70-persistent-net.rules file
KERNEL=="eth*", NAME="eth0"
KERNEL=="wlan*", NAME="wlan0"
KERNEL=="eth*", NAME="eth1"
