Evolution 2.28.1: How to enable SpamAssassin permanently?

Hi

Karmic > Evolution 2.28.1 > Edit > Plugins > PluginManager > Spam
Assassin Junk Filter is enabled. -- Preferences > Evolution Preferences
>(SpamAssassinOptions) > Include remote tests is enabled. But if I leave
this dialog and open it later, it is no longer enabled. How can I enable
it permanently?
