Privateer, Apache, Wing Commander series, Count Down to Doomsday, Matrix 
Cubed, Cresent Hawk's Revenge, Dune 2, X-Com, Stronghold, Fireteam 2200, 
Prince of Persia, Ultima series, Battle Isle 2000, Space Jammer...

I'm sure others have way better suggestions.
