Looking for a specific backup tool

Hi,


I have an ubuntu server and I want to backup it as good as I can.

-behind a very strict firewall
-I can ssh or ftp to the outside world (so to another ubuntu server, here
'main' server if possible)
-I cannot reach this server directly from my main server, but only via a
hopping server
-data is about 5GB, so I cannot backup everything at once, preferrably
incr./full. scheme (upload of 400 kbps)

Is this possible ? Rsync or something ?
