Those who mature in mind along with in body don't stand out in the middle of 
the factory and brow beat another because it isn't what intelligent civilized 
humans do. Real managers discuss personal problems in the office where it is 
just the two of them. Real friends discuss their real issues between the two 
of them. Public tirades only makes matters worse not better because it 
usually escalates responses.

And kids? Well, kids air their spats out in front of the whole world hoping to 
win some one upmanship points with everyone else who is watching. They are 
just acting their age and being kids on the bottom of a learning curve.

Some have never learned the difference. Sadly, some never do.

Some haven't a clue as to the difference between insults, sharing information, 
and/or the Art of Debate.
