Why would you need a link for the man pages? Have you never called up a
man page? Screw up your courage and type "man 5 interfaces". 

Oh, damn! On a hunch I just looked at your headers and found you're
running Windows. That raises some questions.

1. Do you have Linux on your computer? If so, do what I said. 
2. If you don't have Linux, install it as a dual boot, then do what I
said. Note, I didn't say the man page would be useful to you. You would
be better off with an Ubuntu book, assuming that's what you are/will be
running.
