As you would know, whatever you see on your screen when you are using 
Firefox also ends up in its Cache - until you turn off FF, for example.

The file names in the Cache are weirdos but, nevertheless, if you look 
you will find the file you just looked at on YouTube - should be able to 
pick it out by its size and date/time stamp. Copy it somewhere and 
rename it to *.flv.

And if you look at naughty-type pictures, for example, not only will 
they appear in the Cache but if you then download them to your Download 
directory, say, for further "analysis", and then later view them they 
will be visible in /home/.thumbnails. Don't want anyone having root 
access to your system knowing what you have been up to, delete the 
~/.thumbnail directory.
