Probably not, but you definitely want more power unless you like
brown-outs.  I had an Athlon 64 X2 on a crappy old ECS motherboard
with 2 HDDs and 2 DVD burners, and my 450 watt power supply burned out
after about 6 months.

I recommend a minimum of 500w for that kind of configuration, more if
you have more hardware.  I now run an Athlon II X4 with a crappy newer
ECS m/b, 4G RAM, 3 HDDs and 2 DVD burners with a 500w p/s and it's
been going nicely for over 2 years.  (Uh oh, I guess I should start
looking for a replacement, just ine case.... :-)
