UNE 10.10 Printing & Unity tool bar issues STILL

   Is the anywhere else I can look for help? I've asked these questions
a couple times & have not resolved these issues.
   Printing: I'm getting blurry print in black only... or is that some
sorta special effect?? Email addresses highlighted in blue don't have
this! I can snap a pic if that would help?
   Unity tool bar... seems like 2-steps forward, 3 back. "Files &
Folders"... I can't use this! No right-click, no drag & drop. I've got
"File Manager" on my bar. BUT, my bar is getting so crowded now, I'm
starting to not like it! <deep breath>
