I should explain a little more, I get the menu.lst bootloader screen
fine, (now with about 15 different options,)
if I choose any of the Ubuntu versions, i end up with a terminal screen.
If I choose the Windows option (XP Home) everything's good.
One of the Linux versions starts the GUI, but that process hangs, and
it again reverts to the terminal screen.
