Well, as another respondent wrote that *he* had NO problems with using 
Ubuntu as a server then it would seem that this person should be asked 
if he has the expertise to administer servers and what exactly he is 
complaining about because he obviously hadn't set up his server(s) as 
it/they should be.

He obvioulsy doesn't have the expertise he thinks he has and so should 
be given all the assistance he can be given.
