Please put your replies /underneath/ the message that you're answering.

It looks like just an ISO file to me. Burn it to a CD if it'll fit and
a DVD if it won't, and plug in a cheap external DVD-ROM drive if your
machine doesn't have a working CD/DVD. An internal drive plugged into
an external USB-EIDE/SATA convertor should also work.
