Thanks for this notification. Something in the update of Mac OS 10.6.2
disabled my Ubuntu 10.4 partition on a MacBook Pro from booting up, nor
could I boot up from the live CD. Now all is restored with 10.4.1 live
CD and installation from it.
THe Ubuntu Mac forum is quite sluggish in supplying information and
responding to inquiries, while this news/message group is up-to-date and
responsive. I follow it daily in lieu of a Mac-specific Ubuntu newsgroup.
