This answered my question what is 10.04.1? On my computer I
did as told above and got this:

karl at Lucid:~$ lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS
Release: 10.04
Codename: lucid
karl at Lucid:~$

So it is now clear. Ubuntu 10.04.1 is just an updated 10.04 and
I already have it!
