Zimbra Desktop

Anyone familiar with the Zimbra Desktop? Ubuntu announced a partnership
in 2008:

But zimbra is no longer in the partner repositories.

I've started experimenting with ZD on a test (10.04) desktop; primarily
for imap access to Yahoo!/AT&T/SBC accounts, but had to download
directly from the Zimbra site to install. Any idea why it's no longer
offered in the repos?
