I think that is a hibernate video issue. It's a bug I'm trying to sort
out w/my old nVidia card; I hibernate, powers off, restart, black
screen. I can ssh in the machine & see from the xorg log file that the
nvidia driver status info isn't being saved. The result is that the
driver supplies the wrong freq to the monitor upon resume.
