Spamhaus and co dont contact abuse desks either, the only one that does
is spamcop.
To get into the "spam.xxx" list at SORBS, the server had to directly spam
a SORBS admin IIRC, this also includes backscatter and so on. But, that
was my understanding of it many years ago, the listing policy for spam.xxx
may have been altered greatly since then.
