w-scan will pick up all your digital radio stations as well, BTW.

No idea why this is so.


I have a request: would you please keep me informed - by private mail if 
you want - about your progress with using vlc. Reason for this is that 
there is another person who lives in GB and who is having trouble with 
vlc losing the BBC channels after a certain period of time; I/we are 
trying to resolve this problem - but this is occurring in another mail 
list for another distro. He has generated the channels.conf correctly 
but the BBC channels suddenly simply vanish - yet in the next room his 
set-top boxes keep working without a hitch :-) . He, too, is using the 
Hauppauge DVB-T card so I'm interested in how you go with vlc :-) .
